Every JoCove gift is made to order, then shipped to you with tracking. We ship within the United States and to most countries worldwide.
How long it takes (United States)
- Standard Shipping — 7–9 business days from your order (1–3 days to make, then the carrier).
- Priority Shipping — 5–7 business days from your order.

Shipping outside the United States
Outside the US we offer one service, Standard Shipping. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout.

Delivery times count from your order and include the time to make your gift. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet. Import duties and taxes, if any, are charged by your country’s customs and are not included in our prices.
Christmas delivery
For delivery before December 25 within the US, order by December 6 with Standard Shipping or by December 10 with Priority Shipping.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your gift ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. If your parcel has not arrived, write to hello@jocove.com with your order number.
